Everse TPMS app
The tyre pressure app for your Everse TPMS kit. Install it straight onto your Nexus head unit.
Install it in 4 steps
- Open the browser on your head unit (Chrome or the built-in Browser) and type eversetraveltech.com/tpms into the address bar.
- Tap Download the TPMS app. If it asks to keep or download the file anyway, tap Download. It takes under a minute on Wi-Fi or a phone hotspot.
- Open the downloaded file from the pop-up, the notification bar, or File Manager > Download. Tap Install. If Android says installs from this source are blocked, tap Settings, switch on Allow from this source, go back and tap Install again.
- Open DJTPMS. That's the name the app shows on your screen. Tap Allow on each permission it asks for, including showing over other apps, so tyre alerts can pop up while you're driving.
Connect your sensors
- Plug the USB receiver into any USB port on the head unit. Any port works. If Android asks which app to open for this USB device, choose DJTPMS, tick Always, and tap OK.
- Check the sensor batteries are the right way round. A flipped battery is the most common reason a wheel shows 0.0.
- Screw each sensor onto its matching wheel: FL front left, FR front right, RL rear left, RR rear right. Readings usually appear within a few minutes of driving.
- If a wheel still shows 0.0, open the app's settings and go to Tire Pressure Pairing. Tap that wheel, then unscrew its sensor, wait 30 seconds and screw it back on so the receiver picks it up.
Quick answers
I already have a different tyre pressure app
Use DJTPMS for this kit. If another tyre pressure app is installed, you can remove it so it doesn't grab the receiver: hold its icon, tap App info, then Uninstall.
The download won't open or install
Open File Manager, go to the Download folder and tap the file there. If it still won't install, reply to our email with a photo of the message on screen and we'll sort it.
All four wheels show 0.0
Check the receiver is plugged in firmly and that DJTPMS is the app chosen for the USB device. Then check the battery direction in each sensor and pair each wheel as above.
Is this file safe?
Yes. We check every app before we put it on this page. Your head unit may show a general warning because the app isn't from the Play Store. That's normal for apps installed straight from our website.
